Gold Beach Trail

This trail goes from the parking area at the end of West Egan Drive to Gold Beach. The first half mile from the start to the new bridge are well maintained and easy to hike. The next half mile can be muddy in places, but accesses great views of blooming meadow flowers in late summer. After a stroll through the meadow over a few small bridges take a short side trail to the left that leads down to Gold Beach, with views of the Alyeska Pipeline Terminal and Port of Valdez.
